The 2025 Young Woman Engineer finalists represent exactly this: high-performing early-career engineers (typically 3-8 years post-qualification) working across space, aviation, civil engineering, and renewables. 

The terms "earthing" and "bonding" get used interchangeably by people who don't actually understand what either one does.
