Request Account & Data Deletion
At Elec Training, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal information. If you no longer wish to keep your account with us, you can request for your account and associated data to be deleted at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account:
Send an email to enquiry@elec.training using the same email address linked to your account.
In the subject line, write: Account Deletion Request.
Include your full name and any course booking reference (if applicable) in the message.
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and confirm the deletion process.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your deletion request is approved, the following information will be permanently deleted from our systems:
Your account details (name, email address, phone number).
Your login credentials.
Your course history and progress data.
What Data May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or accounting purposes, including:
Payment transactions and invoices.
Records of bookings made through our website.
This retention is required by law and does not affect your right to have your account and other personal data removed.
Processing Time
We will process and complete your account deletion request within 30 days of verification.
