Digital Course Return & Refund Policy
(Applies to all digital learning courses listed on Google Shopping)
1. Return‑request window
- You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase/acceptance provided you have not started the course (i.e. no lessons viewed, no materials downloaded, and no assessments attempted).
2. Eligibility conditions
- The course must show 0 % progress in our learning platform.
- Any bundled downloadable resources must remain un‑accessed.
- Refund requests made after content has been accessed—even partially—are not accepted unless required by applicable consumer‑protection law.
3. Administration fee
- A £250.00 administration charge is deducted from every approved refund to cover licensing, payment‑gateway and processing costs.
4. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with your order number, purchase date and the email address used at checkout.
- We will confirm your course‑access status within two (2) business days.
- If eligible, the refund (less the £250.00 fee) is processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. A confirmation receipt will be emailed to you.
5. Non‑refundable items & situations
- Courses where any content has been viewed, streamed or downloaded.
- Gift cards, vouchers or promotional credits.
- Requests received after the 14‑day window.
6. Additional information
- This policy is written to meet Google Merchant Center requirements for return timelines, fees and contact instructions.
- Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
